The University of Warwick Science Park in partnership with Warwickshire County Council is looking to appoint a pool of business growth specialists with mentoring and coaching expertise, under a framework call-off agreement.

The demand will be driven by requirements from clients recruited to the 3 year programme. Early indications are that there will be requirements for growth specialists with a range of expertise from a wide variety of specialisms including, marketing, talent management, raising finance and digital systems.

The BR2 Programme is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund with further funding from Warwickshire County Council. The initial period of the programme is 1st July 2019 – 31st December 2021. However, we reserve the right to maintain the growth specialist panel for any future business support programmes delivered by UWSP up to a maximum permitted term of 4 years (periods up to 18 months beyond December 2021: 30th June 2023).

Closing date for applications to stage 1 of this Open Tender is 4pm on 3rd May 2019. There will be a Programme Information meeting, open to anyone, on the morning of 18th April at Warwick Innovation Centre to address questions.

CWRT – Creative Springboard Project

The Coventry & Warwickshire Reinvestment Trust (CWRT), a specialist finance and business support provider, has designed and developed a unique business support project that targets and assists small and new businesses from Warwickshire’s creative sector to develop and grow. Entrepreneurs will learn how to develop new markets, enhance business skills and make more advanced use of digital technologies.

CWRT is currently seeking professional services from a specialist workshop facilitator to update project workshop materials and deliver the Creative Springboard Project workshops across certain areas in Warwickshire. Initial areas of delivery are Leamington & Warwick and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Depending on client demand and need, CWRT will expand its services to areas across Warwickshire.

The duration of the initial contract period will be from June 2019 to December 2021 with the option to extend by up to a maximum additional 24 months.

The deadline for any clarification requests to be made is no later than 17:00 (5pm) on the 24th April via mail box. All questions and all responses will be made available to all applicants, in an anonymous form. CWRT does not accept and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification/information.

Final submission of your ITT document to be submitted no later than 17:00 (5pm) on the 30th April 2019 via mail box. Please note that we will not consider tenders from organisations who will sub-contract all or any part of delivery.

Dynamic Purchasing System – Provision of Mobile Catering Concessions at Council Owned Properties (WCC – 6079)

Warwickshire County Council are seeking potential suppliers to provide a Mobile Catering Service (sandwiches etc) to its employees.

This opportunity is advertised on our e-procurement portal CSW-Jets

You will need to be registered as a supplier on the portal in order to be able to download the tender documentation and submit an application to join the DPS.

If you are successful with your application, you will be invited to bid for all mobile catering licences advertised via this DPS.

At present, one site (Saltisford Office Park Buildings 1,2 and 3) has been identified where a single supplier is required. There is a possibility, but no guarantee, that further Mobile Catering Concession licences will be auctioned via this DPS Project.
